I worked with Arlo on C for over a year. I'd have loved to get to know him better. He was about the most therapeutic nurse I've come across - always OK with everybody, naturally quietly warm, unassuming, intrinsically caring without needing to put on any sort of front - he just was. I'm not surprised that some of our most demanding customers, difficult with everyone else, always wanted Arlo to help them.
