I worked with Arlo at Fromeside. He was one of the gentlest, most genuine guys I've ever met. It was such a lesson watching him with some of the most scary guys I've ever met, watching him earn their trust and bring out the best in them. Arlo I'm thinking about you today as I saw another Arlo today, a friend's new baby. If he turns out half as gentle and genuine as you, he will have done well.
