I was a student working with Arlo in 2011, and only found out today that he had passed. I was immediately struck, and can't quite compute this tradgedy. Arlo always came across to me as a softly spoken guy with an odd but often hilarious sense of humour. I've come back to the place he worked as a full time staff member and feel I'm missing out on working with one of the kindest individuals I've worked with in my career. I hope he's at peace.
